HP Gas Agency creating problem to the consumers

We are consumer of Hindustan Petrolium Gas and the agency name

The above agency people creating problem to the consumers not supply the gas in time,

for booking gas they always keep the telephone engaged, we are facing hell lot of problems while booking the gas, we need to go to agency and book the gas and in agency also they are not responding properly and misbehave with the consumers.

Please do the enquiry and take necessary action against this agency, if possible cancel the agency.
