Egarding the late delivery of cylinders after several reminders

I am the user of hp gas service since a long time, but now i am very much fed of the servises of the dealer who makes delivered the cylinders. Mr. Prabhat, the agent of Mr. Goel, H.P Distributor, Harpal Nagar Moradabad, is not getting any response in delivering the cylinders to us still after several reminders, many times I have remind him about delivering the cylinders but only the false committment has been given to us.

kindly look in to this matter and take appropriate action.
