I Mr. Dash vide consumer no: 630241 (Six three zero two four one) booked the LPG cylinder on Friday 26-Feb with Swasti Fuel Centre, Gajapatinagar, Bhubaneswar-05, India.

Despite 3 reminders the same has not been delivered till date.

I request this to be expedited at the earliest.
