Dear Sir,
I purchased Pureit (Blue unit) on 31 Jan vide. Bill No. IS09/DLI1306-3153. My Customer ID: 1927055066. The agent's name who came to install it: Parveen (ID: 30898).
At the time of purchasing the unit I made it very clear so many times with the agent and one time called the company's office at Daryaganj to cross-check with the higher authorities that for how long I will be able to run on the supplied battery and when I should go for another battery replacement. This agent and the higher authorities confirmed me a hundred of times that it will take atleast 1 year and in my case as I am using the purified water from Aquaguard first and then into this unit so this battery pack will go on for atleast moer than 1.6 years.
Now the battery pack shows fully RED and the water is not dispensing at all. When I contacted the Customer Care on 5 Oct (Morning time) and the agent, the customer care representative talked so rude to me and the agent disconnected the call after hearing this issue.
PLEASE HELP ON THIS ISSUE AS I CAN SEE THAT THIS COMPANY IS FOOLING MANY PEOPLE ON THIS GROUND OF BATTERY PACK.
