Ihave booked to your call centre at Chennai (Tel. no. 044-28237373) for battery change on 7.10.2008.Till today nobody has attended to this in spite of my repeated follow-up. Your person says that today it willbe attended, whenever I call up. I am only spending on telephone charges daily, but nobody is really prepared to listen to this routine job. What should I do?
