Pureit filter servicing

I have purchased pureit filter at Chennai when it was introduced and I brought the same

to Delhi for my personal family use as it was not available in Delhi at that time. This filter

needs servicing only and I made number of complaints. My complaint is still pending and

unattended. Is there anybody who can help me? I am thirsty to drink filtered water.
