Pure it leakage

I have buyed a pureit from hindustan uniliver, and now there is some leakage from last month.i am complaning about leakage since last 25th september.they say that our executive will visit the house and will repair.but no one comes.last weak too.i complained but no action have been taken.customer care say that within 2 days our executive will visit our house but no one comes.
