Poor after sales service of Pure It - Water Purifie

We have bought a Pure It water purifier. Presently the filtre battery needs a urgent replacement but after repeated service request lodgement also, we have still not recieved the Battery which needs urgent replacement for last 15 days.

The customer service executive couldnt provide a exact time when the service provider would visit to replace the battery & the service provider also could not wait for 10 mins even after requesting. The person, with whom I had a talk had the following mobile no. 9231418039.

Since I am working & no one stays at my place, it becomes very inconvenient for me if i am not given a specific time when the service provider would arive.

During installing the product, the executive installed it around 11 pm & was ensured that the service would be available 24*7.

We are not able to use the product for last 7 days, request you to please solve the problem on priority basis.
