My customer ID number is 1925376937.

I regret to state that your customer service is very poor. I was booked a order through your customer service phone number (9230500500), on 03/03 for Batery Kit & Nett, the booking no. is S09KOL 152800/9220 & 9221 to your executive whose name was Mr. Anjan, after thirteen days I have not received the Batery Kit & Net. From 10/03/09 I have made telephone called to your customer service centre daily two times, but your's executives are gave me only one sentence that "You will be get your Batery Kit & Net within two or three working days."But I have not get the same till today at 4.10pm. I want to know your address of sales centre near my house (Belgharia) to your caller executives Miss Sanchita, but she could not help me. Today my wife booked a new order for Batery Kit (adviced by your Executives), booking no. is 09 KOL1528010083.

Please look in to matter and help me because the water quality in my area is very poor and for this reason we are not drink the water without filter.
