We had booked materials to Bellary vide our invoice No 1423 dated 19/05 with your luggage slip No 501213471 (Anandrao circle, Bangalore) were the charged ammount is Rs. 350-00. The same material with same invoice ammount and same quantity and same kind of packing (5 plastic bags) was booked to the same station and the same party vide our invoice No 1424 dated 23/05 with your luggage slip No 41378759 (Sultanpet, Bangalore). were the ammount charged is Rs. 470-00. We demand back the ammount of Rs. 120-00 which is collected in excess. More over when we contacted the person who was in charge of the collection center at Sultanpet, Bangalore where the material was booked he challanged us that the complaint can be given to any one and nothing is going to effect him. Through this statement we understand that Vijyanand group is so arrogant, that a person who is just an incharge of a certain place has got the gutts of snubbing people who come up with problems. It seems that you have given these kind of people to talk in an illmannered way. What ever your company policy is we are least bothered. We demand back the refund of Rs. 120-00 which was collected in excess. (The earlier receipt was also shown to the incharge but he was not ready to except the fact and when we asked our material to be returned back he said the material had already left the collection point and the material cannot be given back)
