I Jaya from Ahmedabad, purchased HITACHI 1.5 TON KAMPA A/C RAU318KSDD 3 STAR on 07/05 and Installed on 08/05.
I have purchased this AC from your Dealer Bhagwati Electronics, Shop no. 3, Kena Complex, Motera, Sabarmati, Ahmedabd.
After purchasing this AC I felt no cooling and It was also very noisy so I have registered complain with your Customer Care,
Technician visited at my home and According to him There is a Gas Linkage but he denied to repair that fault, and he said Charges has been not paid by dealer so he did not repair.
This is a Case of Fraud by Hitachi dealer, I am facing such type of problem because of him.
