Misplace of road permit and invoices

I had dispatched one Medical equipment from chennai to Allahabad along with road permit and relevant docuements. but customer recd. only equipement and trackon courier have misplaced the road permit in transit, now, customer want the road permit and customer not at all ready to release our payment

i had tried to co-ordinate with allahabad trackon various time but they are such a irresponsible person, they are not at all responding to my query

i must say this is the worst courier service i have ever seen
