I had worked U.P based company in chennai, name is Holostik India Ltd from 5/01 to 7/03 (3 yrs 2 months). Full of this period P.F amount is cut from my salary. One year before (ie; 7/03) I resigned from that firm and given the filled P.F form to the company. But upto this period no information about the process. When I asked to the comp`any they told me that we already send the form to the office. My P.F no is UP/21493/605 and bank account no is 3008514837-7 (SBI). I request you sir, please take the proper steps to the my request. If this amount is get now it is very helpful to my higher studies.
