It is to state that I have applied for Passport vide File No. BOMZ480658 on dated 14.01.2011 while search in website, it is seen that my name is shown as "ALI SYED" which is wrong, but your honor my correct name is "SYED ALI SYED MUZAFFAR"
It is therefore request you to kindly correct of my name as "SYED ALI SYED MUZAFFAR" instead of "ALI SYED"
I have already submitted the relevent documents for the same, and oblige. Thanking You, Yours truly,
