Wrong spelling on my voter ID card

Sir / Ma'am,

In my Voter I.D. Card the spelling of my name is written as &-quot;Md. Nazeemudan" instead of "Md. Nazeem Uddin".and my father name is written as "Late Fuddin" instead of "Md. Lateef uddin" I'm a resident of Hyderabad and the locality is Feel khana. So, I would like to know what is the procedure of changing the wrong spelling as well as surname and address.
