Imposed Rs 500/- broadband installation charges

I have taken a broadband connection in the month of February. Initially the are told me that there is no installation charges for broadband. Later the have sent bill Rs:650/-

Rs.500=00 broadband installation charges

Rs. 150=00 other charges.

It is not good for BSNL
