I have taken broad band connection in the month of july08 with rs 750/- unlimited scheme from your office at Satoyabala Exchange Howrah, WB. From last 10 days internet services have become from bad to worse and internet does not get connected for most of the time i have personally lodged complaint to T.K. Modok. but No action been taken. They just tell me to call on 18004241600. After calling this number, they said that this the customer care only for Bsnl Mobile. So how Can i solve the problem??
