I got the BSNL modem on July 30 but till now the connection is not established. I have complaiant many times through website/using customer care and many times I visited the BSNL office and registered the complaints. But no use. I din't see such a bad service from BSNL, because of this only everybody is opting private conncetion. Their service will be super. In BSNL, everybody says within 2 days the problem will be solved, but nothing happened after many weeks also!!! I have complaint to Divisonal Manager also, same result. Now I don't know who will solve this problem. And one more they are not ready to solve this issue but they are very much interested to send the bill. Now I have to pay the money for my broadband connection without using a sinle bite. The most funny thing we need to keep on logging the complaints otherwise they will clsoe all the complaint without informing and without solving that also!!!
