There are lot of street dogs (nearly 10) on the way to my home in Attapur (near Musi river bridge), Hyderabad. They are biting children who are playing in the surroundings and attacking the bike riders on the way. I would like to raise a request to the Municipal Corporation. How do I do it? Whom to contact? Please help.
