No Service from the company

Hi,

I have taken a membership from one of the company named as - Homecare Solutions. This company provide the homecare solutions like electrician, plumber or hardware engineers for any mantinance problem, but the day I have taken the membership, I requested no of times for a electrician but there is no response from their end.

Kindly suggest how should I procceed further.
