The comapny Home Care Solutions is into AMC providing for services like plumber electrician etc. The company had sent Mr. Rajeev who took a cheque of Rs. 599/- from me on 17/7/09 for the AMC. I had some inhibitions about the services which he assured me and also made me talk to his senior Sachin Sinha who again assured me about all the services.
I lodged in a complaint of 18th for a computer engineer which they told me that he will come on 19th. The person never turned up. I again lodged a complaint on 21st the reply was the same that he will come tommorow nobody came. On 22nd I called Sachin Sinha who in turn told me that I am very sorry for the botheration let me check what has happened and I ll revert to you in an hours time. Since than 3 days have passed neither he is picking up the phone nor he is calling back.
I think they have eaten up my money. The call centre people give a standard reply the person will come tommorow. and do not give any no. of the seniors.
I would take up this matter to consumer forum and media as well.
