Name in the CBIL report

Dear Sir/Madam,

Recently I had applied for home loan to the PSU bank and informed me that i having two loans on my name while i am not having any loan at present. Than may i know that why my name is appearing in the CBIL report. Since I had no dues against all.

Can any one guide me how to get the detail from CBIL so that my name can be cleared from the CBIL's list.
