Emi not withdrawn from my a/*c

Dear sir

reference to above complaint regarding monthly installment& emi was not withdrawn by bank from my a/c. i had sufficient amount in my a/c. i am not suppose to pay fine for the fault of bank. if levied fine for this i may have no option except to to go to court.
