Home Made Khakras ( Etables )
No MRP printed

I stay in Borivali, whereby one of the Kirana shop owner started arguing with my Dad that there is no problem if an MRP is not printed along with other details such as Date of Manufacture etc, on the packed Khakhras..and other similar products sold by the Kirana Shop. What is the available remedy available to me. Where can i file a comlaint against such practices.
