Not provided service and not refunding money

I have also faced the same problem with Lilam Enterprises since September. They have not provided any maid to me as I have paid them Rs.6, 000/- in advance. In November they issued the cheque as refund for Rs.4, 000/- deducting Rs.2, 000/-, as usual cheque has been bounced.

Since then I am follwing with their employee (Neha/Puja/Manisha) regularly as they told me we are returning your money by cash within two days, till date i have not received cash from them.

I request all to come forward the lets bring these culprit in front.

they are taking us granted as the amount they are cheating us is very minimal and for filing / registering complaint we have to spend more than double the amount in form of legal fees.

Request you all to come forward & register your complaint with powai police station only coz if number of complaints received for same company number of times police authority will be pressurized to sort out the matter.
