Delay in issue of Duplicate ATM card

Sie,

I have lost my ATM card during the month of jan. I have made a complaint in the customer care and blocked the account. Then i submitted a report to the branch manager Kavandampalayam coimbatore with a request to issue duplicate ATM card on 07.01.09. But even after a lapse of 3 months i have not supplied with the new ATM card. kindly look into the matter and do the needful to ger a fresh ATM card
