One of our customers Mr. Patil has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund for his order of his order of Bleu Mobile Phone: 453X on his blog posted on 20h June.

The amount was refunded to him through cheque number # 495883 dated 27th March which was sent to him through Indian Postal Services. Since the same was not received by him we dispatched him a new cheque number # 505497 dated 11th May through First Flight Courier on his address provided to us in the order form while placing the order. However, it got returned to us from courier with the reason “Consignee Shifted”. We contacted him and obtained his new address. Now, the cheque has been dispatched to this address through First Flight courier vide Airwaybill Number # ZD5585815 dated 23rd June.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
