One of our customer Mr. Purushothaman has raised a concern regarding receipt of a defective product and requested for replacement for his order of 1 GB MP3 / MP4 Player with in Built Speaker on his blog posted on 24th August.
On receipt of his complaint, we have taken strongly up the matter with our business partner AMS Exporters to avoid such incidences in future. Under our warranty policy, we have requested him the send back the product. On receipt of the product, we shall send him a replaced product.
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
