Problem with Xcite X440

Dear Gentlemen,

I have purchased a Xcite X440 handset (IMEI nos are 910000601219198

and 910000601219206) from Home Shop 18 via invoice no SA-PLMN/5283

dated 06.09.09.

Since first day it starts to switch off intermittently, sometimes it shows emergency in place of service provider name and its data cable not functions (May be it requires some software interface, I

have widows XP SP2.Xcitemobile we mail also not works

Due to time constraints i could able to approach earlier.

Kindly assists me on the same.
