One of our customers Mr. Puran Chand Saini has raised a concern regarding his order of Vox Dual SIM Touchscreen Mobile Phone Model No - A8800 on his blog posted on 26 th January.
Regarding the said concern the matter is taken up with our vendor Alpha Radios.
Further, we have spoken to customer and informed him to send the product back to our vendor under 15 days money back guarantee through our own courier.
We would refund his order value through cheque on receipt of product back.
