One of our customers Mr. Karmjeet Singh has raised a concern regarding non receipt of order for Fujezone Touch Screen Dual Sim GSM Mobile Phone on his blog posted on 20 th April.

Our business partner M/s Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd has shipped the product 2009 through their courier partner M/s Aramex courier, However, the courier was

unable to deliver the same.

We have spoken to customer and refunded his order value.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
