One of our customers Mr. Abhitabh Dixit has raised a concern regarding delivery of his order of Voltas Window Air Conditioner - 1.5 Ton Vertis Plus 1 Star on his blog posted on 22nd May.

He had ordered for product on 12 th April with a commitment of delivery in 10 working days, Since we received overwhelming responses for the said product so our business partner M/s Voltas India exhausted stocks for the said product. Since the fresh stocks are not expected to arrive in the near future, so we have refunded the order value for the same.

We request you to treat this incidence as an exception and not as a yardstick to evaluate the quality of service we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
