One of our customers Mr. Nilratan Haldar has raised a concern regarding cancellation of his orders for VOX Touch Screen Dual SIM Mobile Phone Model No: VPS-305 on his blog posted on 9 th August.
Our business partner M/s Alpha Radio had exhausted the stocks for these product due to overwhelming response received for them.
Hence, we were unable to service his order as the fresh stocks are not expected to arrive in the near future.
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
