Few months before I got a mail from HSBC saying that I have a special offer in Home Shop 18, if I purchase any item from them using HSBC Credit Card. As per the mail I opened Home Shop 18 web site and purchased one Inalsa Food Processor.
But after purchasing the item still now I am getting very bad experience with HS18.
After purchasing the product it will take long time to receive my product. I can understand the reason for the delay.
But the product I received was not working, so I called Home Shop 18 to replace that. They pick up the product after 15 - 20 days and after getting some repeated complain calls from my side. As per their guidance I send the product to a Sceconderabad shop. After fixing the problem they wanted me to go there and take the product from the vendor. But I told them I do not have time to go, so please send me that. Then they told me it will take 2 days to send. I told them already they have taken huge time, so if they are not able to send within 2 days I want my money back. They told me no problem but this is possible only if you will not receiving the product within 2 days of time. But after that 10 days passed and the status is same. So I demanded for my money back. And still they are not taking any action, only saying gives us 48 hours/12 hours like that and delaying every time. I don't know whether I will get my money back or, not. And I have a suggestion for all of you, don't purchase anything from Home Shop 18. They are simply liar.
