from homeshop18.com dated 11.10.2009 Order number, i recieve this producted dated 22.10. when i check i found that is default piece, so i send back this courier by courier, then homeshop18 executive tell me u recieve ur replace within 10 to 15 days, but after 20 days product not recieve, then i say i dont want this product, dated 16.11.2009 executive told me that ur request for refund updated and u recieve ur payment within 10 working days, but when i call after two days 18.11. they told me we cant give u refund, ur product send u as soon as,
