My complaint is against Home Sloutions Retail India Ltd., Home Town, Noida. (Ph: 0120-4028100, 09388802391).
Cash Memo No: 2000036416, dated 16/08.
Sir, I made a cash purchase of an LG LCD TV model number 32LH35FR on 16/08. I was given Cash memo for the same, which mentions that the delivery of TV would be done at maximum by 26/08 i.e. 10 days after the cash payment was made. This was a mutual consent for delivery date. But this TV was not delivered on the aformentioned date i.e. on 26/08. On being inquired for my TV, why it is not delivered yet on 26/08, they told me that this tv is still not availiable. They told me that the TV cant be arranged before 19/09 and that is also not sure whether you will be getting this TV or somebody applied before me will be getting this TV. This is a kind of absurd reply on their behalf. I have already paid half a lakh rs. in Cash to these people and these people are not sure whether I will be getting my tv or not.
On 01/09 (Tuesday) When I had a talk with their customer care representative named Mr. VINAY, they told me to come to their show room and collect some higher brand model on the same price. Vinay asked me to meet Mr. Sushank Gupta, some manger designation person over there. He asked me to come today only to collect this. As this was in my office timing, it was difficult for me to come out of office, so I had to take half day excuse from my manager to meet Mr. Sushank Gupta.
But when I meet him to my surprise he told me that he can't give me any higher end model and I need to pay some extra money for the same. For the higher end model near to my model there was only one TV for which they were asking me to pay the difference of 6000 rs which I cant give as it was out of my budget. I was ready to pay till 2000 to 3000 rs for the same but these people are not agreeing for the same.
Now they have refused to give my TV and its giving me a lot of mental pressure for the same. Its a kind of mental harrasment for me. I am a Sr. Software Engineer in MNC and all my work is related to mind only. This kind of mental harrasment is also effecting my daily office work.
I would request you to please take some strict action against these people and help me in getting compensastion for the same.
