Defective bed

I have purchased bed, side stools and a table from the home town on 18/05/09 along with the mattress all costing around Rs. 51023/-.

But to my dissappointment till today i.e. on 02/06/09, i have not received the delivery of the mattress and further the fitter who came today to install the bed was unable to complete his work as the bed was defective with not suffient holes to complete the installation.

I request you to stop this harassment as soon as possible and return my maoney paid for all this and get back your deffective products.

If my grievance is not addressed soon I will initiate leegal proceedings against you.
