I have been cheated by Home Town (pantaloons retail) when i purchased a recliner after paying Rs. 25000 from my credit card. The company initially supplied the most dirtiest & oldest piece in their warehouse that no one would buy and then later taken the piece aback.
Till date Home Town has not supplied the recliner as per CDD within 48 hours and they refused to return my money as well. Now they are forcing me to take the recliner on a future date as they don'w want to cancel the order even when they failed to supply the material.
Please necessiate action against Mr. Kuldeep Aswal who doesn't know how to handle customers and stop him from fleecing more customers. Refer my emails below as to how Home Solutions is not a solution but the biggest problem of our town.

Despite several emails & phone calls you have failed to confirm the date of delivery of the recliner at my address.
And you have taken full payment of Rupees 25, 000 on 4th July without any accountability.
This is the last warning that I am writing to you before I go to Media/Public forums regarding the callous attitude and entrapment laid by Home Solutions for the innocent public.

Can you please update the current status of my order?
If you do not have a neat & clean electronic recliner in place for supply, please take necessary actions for refund of Rs. 25, 000 to the undersigned immediately.
I don't understand why is Home Town handling its clients so casually? And that too at the time of recession.
Kindly, let me know the email ids of higher authorities to address this case of casual and forcible stale sale.

Arvind

Dear Mr. kuldeep,
Last Sunday I purchased an electronic recliner from your shop. Your sales team indicated that that a fresh & clean piece will be dispatched from the warehouse after complete payment at your stores.
Now, what I have received at my home is a really dirty one-and-half year old recliner which your sales team promises to clean/dry wash on your company's behalf?
Kindly let me know when can you replace the recliner with assurance that the piece is fresh.
Secondly, the bill that has been generated for the purchase is for Rs. 23, 600 whereas I have paid Rs. 24, 999 for the same. May I understand why so?
Please take up necessary action expeditiously. Or I may be forced to take this up very seriously against your company.
Upon replacement, I would also like to see the Bill of Entry of the imported goods to ensure you are not selling stale good to me.
Regards,
Arvind Nigam
