Slow downloding speed, Most of the time server down

Dear,

my complaint is that ur internet speed is very slow. U had commit 256kbps but i m getting 10- 20kbps speed . so, i face many problem to Downloding. Most of the time ur server is down that's why i m facing more difficulties. For the complaint i m making a call at ur coustmercare center but no response for this side.i m not satisfied with ur internet service because ur internet service is very poor. I hope that u will take strict action against my complaint. so, I hope that u will give attention to my complaint.pls sending me a feedback against my complaint. thanx
