Respected Sir/Madam, I have bought bike HONDA SHINE details are provided at the bottom. on 9/10. Bike details are given at the bottom. My bike has problem in engine. Problem is from the 1st free servicing and problem is persistent even after 3rd servicing. This kind of non professional service provided by Company's Authorized Servicing center and the performance of new bike in first few months is very very disappointing. Such kind of problem in 1st 5-6 months with the ENGINE is really making me mad about the company. It is making me to ask question to myself as “Why the hell I picked Honda over TVS? ” . I hope you can understand the customer facing problem in ENGINE from 1st month.
Problem Description I am facing problem in my bikes’ engine. Engine is making some kind of unusual noise, when I drive it on 4th gear also has pickup problem. I faced the problem in 1st month itself. At the time of 1st servicing (23/11/08) engineers at servicing center convinced me that after more use engine will be smooth. But nothing happened. Problem was persistent at the time of 2nd servicing (7/01/09) also. Again servicing center engineers gave me same non-sense reason for the problem. At last in 3rd service (31/03/09) all story is repeated. It was end of my patience. I showed my bike to other experience engineer at some other garage. Engineer took ride and figured out the same problem which I am facing from last 5 months.
