I want to bring to your notice about black marketing of activa in my city. Having booked my activa with one of the dealer, i have been alloted the delivery date which is four months from now. The reason given is non availability of stock. But the circumstances here proves otherwise. There is surplus stock with dealers located near to city and also there are lots of small dealers in the city with whom activa is available but paying on of Rs5000, and the reason given by them is that they r getting ready delivery by paying on of Rs3000 to dealers. They are just creating a fake demand in the market by creating scarcity. This is also against law of competition as per competition act. I want you to take necessary actions.
