Very Bad Support

We have taken Windows hosting plan, after 15 days my 15 sites infected with virus in web9 server, now they stopped my site and nobody is calling me or pick my phone... i think they stopped their business...

Their Windows support is very bad and no one is able to understand my problem and they are reply only "Kindly wait for some time we are looking into it or i have forwarded this ticket to my senior..." Are bhai senior koi hoga to dekhega n...
