Double payment

I have complaint with Hotel Ginger at Nasik. I had booked One bedroom through their site on 16 Feb at 2.00 AM & made payment by net banking. I reached their at about 1.00 PM on same day. I was told that the payment is not received by them till that time so I had to pay again the same amount. I showed SMS on my mobile showing that money deducted from my bank A/c. They told me to deposit the money and assured that I will get the refund. I paid the rent twice. Now manager is not receiving calls, gets massage that he is busy in meeting, and not replying my email. They are not serious with customer. Even their LAST MINUTE sceme is fake. I booked the room early morning for the same day but did not got any Last Minute Discount.
