We were taken to that hotel by an agent. As soon as we reached there with our car they did not have a place to park our car. Then finally after half & hour they found some useless place under their building where it was very difficult to park our car. Somehow we managed to park with some scratches on our car. We asked the staffs over to arrange some other place for parking as it was very congested over there, then instead of helping us he started to talk in a very rough & abusive language & also told us you can search some other hotel if you want. I mean this is not the way to talk with customers. Then finally after the 5 minutes conversation with them we went to the reception for booking a room for one night. The manager attended us & told us to see the rooms. My god the rooms were so pathetic & horrible, we were feeling as if we came to some sort of 3rd grade bar. The rooms were stinking & were not at all clean. Then finally after long discussion with my family we decided to stay there as we were already late & also we had to stay only 1 night. While booking the room through manager i told him that they need to look into their parking place also make understand the staff how to behave in front of customers. To my surprise instead of saying sorry he started abusing us & he also told that you can search some other hotels if you want. My god we were so shocked on the reaction of the Manager & wasting no time we left the Hotel & after a long search we found a hotel. Because of these idiots we wasted lot of time in searching hotels. I request someone to take strict action against them.
