Dear Sir,

SOS!

I am holding my e-mail account ([email protected]) with hotmail may be for more then 10 years. I never had any problems so far.

Suddenly, since 10th of june my account is locked. I can not enter into my account using my password. I am sure that I have not changed my password.

This account is very very important for me. All my correspondence is through this account. I am, suddenly in deep trouble & finding myself helpless.

Please do help me to get an access into my account.
