I was using the e mail address [email protected] for more that 8 years. I was trying to open on 09.06.11 morning, the first time opened and I checked few mails. After I tried to re login, I could not open the same, the message I received was “account was temp. blocked”. I was trying to reset the password, I got the HOTMAIL PIN - 30013970.But no communication/message received in my substitute email which I have provided.([email protected]). Please note the e mail id which I had registered with MSN was [email protected]. Unfortunately I was not using the e mail id which I have registered.
Please be informed that I have been using this mail id for long time and all my personal communications with bank, credit card, financial institutions, personal matters etc. If the data will be lost, may be very big problem for me.
I was trying to reset my password using “WINDOWS LIVE SOLUTION CENTER” by answering secret question correctly & got instruction to reset my password. After reseted my password & I got message to login with new pass word. But I can not login.
Continuously followed up with live solution center & contacted their customer support team, the problem still persist.
I request you to resolve my issue at the earliest.
