This is in response to the pathetic mobile selling of the sales representatives at hotspot kandivali-thakur village. The person concerned Mr. Milind (Mob.: 9867280270) was the worst seller I ever met. To start off with is his arrogance that perplexed me. My wife was interested in an LG mobile which I had bought due to her choice. But that was the worst mistake of my life. I was told I would be given a Vodafone Sim card for free. When I go there the next day Mr. milind, the cheat tells me that Sim is free and you need to pay Rs.175 anyways. The MRP printed on the card was Rs.75 and I dont know what is for free. Further more on taking this he told me I have to pay another Rs.100 towards first time sim recharge charges as its so called MODERN TRADE to him. Guess if at all he knew what is modern trade. I submitted to this only to know he keeps on not recharging my mobile till 8:30p.m. at night. A mobile sold to me totally on false claims. Does Hotspot really have to sell its stuff based on pathetic lies??? I deem this nothing but cheating and fraudulent and am ready to make my move to a consumer court. That haggard has caused me enough mental trauma and I am not going to take this lying down.
