I bought nokia n70 from hotspot showroom in model town ludhiana on03-oct. when i came home with phone and open it and insert it i find 3mb of phone memory already utilized, i did not pay heed to this thinking there might be somesoftware installed in phone and occupying the space of phone memory but when i on next i started facing battery problem (after fully charging) battery dont stand for 6 hours even on stand by i went to nokia showroom and lodged a complaint for faulty battery, there i came to know that my warranty for phone is about to end on jan which is just 4 months from date of purchase. this shocked me a lot because i just purchase phne 10 days back and this is only possible when showroom have used this phone earlier. i went to show room for complaint but they are just not paying any attention and kept me waiting for long and after that they said they cannot do any thing. i have told the employee if nothing is done to rectify my problem i will send a legal notice on 20-oct to them
