COMPLAINT FOR HOTSPOTS RETAILS PVT.LTD.
My name is Manish Bhatia .. I bought a new phone on 05/10/08 at night 8pm serial no. Rm2818 tin 07430284979..make nokia n-73 music from ramesh nagar shop#7 mcd market new delhi..
i wanted to but a music phone so i went to hot spot outlet to inquire about latest music phone they showed me nokia n-73 music and told me that this was the best music phone today however its not true first of all its not that latest and second im not satisfied with the sound quality of it.. As i was promised by the sales people there. I inquired about sony ericson k790’i phone as i heard that this phone has the best feature in terms of camera and sound but i was told that this nokia n-73 is better than sony.. They opened the box and showed me the features i wasn’t that convinced with it as it was just okey. I asked them was it latest they said yes and spoke to me politely but i kept inquiring about sony and they kept telling me about nokia at the end they forced me to buy nokia n-73 with the assurance that this is not only latest but also good in sound quality.and if “ There Is Any Problem We Are Here To Help You “ so i took it..but they gave me the same unsealed box that they show to every customer so i said that i need a sealed box they again they tried to convince me to keep unsealed pack but when i refused to buy that and i said that i will not buy this and tried to move out of the shop so they told me to wait for 15 mins while they arrange a fresh box i waited and after some time they gave me a box . i took the bill and came home but when i came back and opened the box i realised that it was the same box that they show everyone so by doing that they cheated on me by tellling me a lie..as a customer if im paying hell lot of money so i guess its my right to ask the fresh piece… on the top of that when i heard music on the phone it was not at all upto my satisfaction so i decieded to call them but the number that was mentioned on the bill wasn’t working so i went to hotspot again and told them that i was not satisfied with the phone but i was taken a back when the same people who were being very nice to me last night are humiliating me, shouting at me and refused to listen to me.. I told them so many times that i don’t wanna fight so plz don’t shout at me but they never seemed to listen to me and told me that they can’t do anything and I told them that I didn’t like the quality of sound in this phone they didn’t even care to understand my dis-satisfaction and told me on my face that even if ur dis-satisfied we cant do anything ..so asked them to make me talk to their senior but they refused to do so on my face after requesting them so much they made a call to Mukesh Talwar according to them he was BDM but he didn’t seem to understand my pain that after spending so mush I still didn’t have good phone…i felt so embaraced there that they forced me to buy nokia n-73 plus willingly they gave preopen box and now they don’t even want to listen to me ..i swear I will neighter ever go to hotspot nor will recommend to anyoneelse. As we go there to have right product and good customer service ..there were so many other mobile phone shops near by but i choose hotspot to buy a new phone from ..but i must tell you that i really had a terrible experience with hot spot now.
i am requesting you to kindly look into the matter other wise i will take help from legal process of court.as now I just want to change this phone to sony…
