Deteriorated/Inferior Quality Goods

Sir/Madam,

I Gautam Shah had purchased some goods from House Full International Ltd on 11.08.2008 which was delivered to me on 29.08.2008 vide invoice number TRX-6303 Reg-30 bearing serial number 776 and was sold to me by Bharat.

Post delivery of the goods in the span of 3 months time i had to call the store 2 times for the Oxford Queen Bed for repairs but the quality of the bed was so inferior that even after 2 attempts the bed was not in good shape as it should be. I had been complaining to House Full employees on regular basis and had even visited their store 09.12.2008 for the complaint. I was told that the bed which was purchased had no warranty and on telling them that it was not informed to me at the time of purchase they said that it is not possible and that the staff would have informed me of the same. I told them that if it would have been informed to me i would have not purchased the bed but they remain firm on their stand and now the situation is that all the legs of the bed are broken and the centre rod of the bed is also broken and when i told House Full employee that i do not want the bed to be repaired and want a replacement of the same and whatever additional cost i will have to bear i am ready to pay for that, they say that they cannot replace the bed. For the lase 30 days i am sleeping on Floor inspite of having a bed and the store is not bothered about the miseries i am going through and are only concerned about the misleading sale policies. I have caught a problem of severe cold since last 15 days because of the problem and have suffered a lot.

I request you to kindly help me in resolving the issue and take appropriate action on the store as i am not asking for anything more than just a good quality product and nothing more than that but unfortunately the store being of Big stature is not bothered to attend the customer complaints and is still selling the same inferior quality bed. I saw the advertisement of the store somedays back for the same Oxford Bed and i do not know how many more customers customers would be cheated by House Full International Ltd. Request you to please look into the matter and give me proper justice and teach a good lesson to the store and ask them to discontinue the inferior quality product/s they are selling.
